Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance and Accounting Manager to establish and oversee financial operations for our new business setup in Singapore, within the electronics manufacturing sector. This role will handle all local finance functions, including tax compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury activities, ensuring alignment with our global standards. The ideal candidate brings solid finance expertise, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities
•Manage all finance operations, including tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
•Prepare monthly financial reports and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
•Ensure effective cash flow management and support treasury activities.
•Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
•Degree in Accounting; Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
•Minimum of 8 years of finance and accounting experience in electronics manufacturing or similar industries.
•Strong knowledge of financial regulations and ERP systems.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills; Mandarin proficiency required for coordination with China-based teams.
