- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Handling inquiries and providing information to customers
- Answering phone calls and make appointments for customers.
- Managing appointments and reservations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
