We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer, on a freelance basis.
Preferably you should have relevant working experience working, who is highly motivated, results driven, self-disciplined who desires to take your career to the next level by maximizing growth potential.
1) Candidate Management
· Sourcing for candidates through advertisements, social media, etc.
· Screening / Interviewing candidates
· Maintain a pool of available candidates
· Negotiate with selected candidates on job offers
· Assist in the transition period
2) Account Management
· Handle recruitment assignments from existing and new clients
· Provide good customer service and build good rapport with clients
· Manage clients’ and candidates’ expectation
· Ensure repeated assignments from current clients
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year related working experience
· Those with CEI certified has an added advantage.
· Willing to be trained on the company's business practices
· Good work ethic, fast learner, willing to learn new things
· Meticulous & result-oriented
· Passionate, proactive and has a sense of urgency
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to work with minimal supervision
· Have the neccassary resources to work from home
