Responsibilities:
- Oversee, sustain, and enhance equipment performance.
- Schedule and conduct maintenance on designated equipment sets.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to maximize equipment uptime.
- Develop hardware solutions to reduce equipment ownership costs.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using mechanical/electrical expertise and software tools.
- Develop and refine equipment maintenance procedures
