- Responsible in doing full spectrum of HR functions
- Assist in all HR deliverables on performance management, annual increment, leave management
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
- Manage and track employees' Annual Leave (AL) to ensure accurate records and monitoring.
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with the infrastructure department on all office equipment.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software like G Suite, Slack, or similar tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, including surveys, documentation, and office equipment management.
