Account Relationship Manager

Introduction:

This is an opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients with business in different sectors. The candidate shall be the main point of contact and coordinate between clients, third party, authority, and co-colleagues.

He/she will be directly involved in company set up, provision of corporate as well as accounting, tax, visa/immigration advisory services among others. The candidate will be involved in ad-hoc project to assist the client in accessing both the Singapore and South-East Asian Markets. He/she is also expected to take part in business development activities, to identify and secure new potential clients/markets.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Act as key point of contact between clients and Hawksford’s colleagues to handle full suite of incorporation & business support services for clients
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationship via regular communication
  • Identify opportunities to generate further revenue/business with all clients under management
  • Ensure that clients' assignments and requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Participate in business development activities, including delivering presentations, attending events, business trips, etc.
  • Ad-hoc projects on client management and business development

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related studies
  • Hands-on experience in accounting, audit and taxation advisory for Singapore business entity
  • Proficiency in written/spoken Mandarin at business level required for working with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Proven track-record in client servicing/management, ideally in the corporate services industry
  • Interpersonal and networking experience/skills for building and developing relationships with clients and prospects
  • Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Can-do attitude with good time management skills
  • Able to work well both independently and in teams
