A rapidly expanding multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a high-caliber sales professional to manage their leading oncology product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with Key Decision Makers and Key Opinion Leaders, providing them with relevant support materials and product information.
- Develop long-term partnerships with Key Customers to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing business results within assigned accounts.
- Create and implement comprehensive account and business plans.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the oncology sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Specialty Care.
- Experience in oncology and hematology therapeutics is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment within a matrix organization.
