Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between vendors and participants for visits such as workshops and guided tours including payment
- Meet and greet vendors and participants
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Key in visitorship figures
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Interest in education, arts, and local Chinese culture
- Good customer service skills
- Good writing skills
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- ICT skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Team player
- Meticulous
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma preferably in any of the following fields: Arts or Business Management, Singapore History, Chinese Studies, Chinese Language & Linguistics, Southeast Asian Studies, Anthropology or Sociology
- 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience
