We are one of the anchor operators in delivering primary care service to migrant workers and this clinic is now looking for a Clinic Manager to perform the following (but not limited to) duties;
- Working together with the Ops Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Oversee the management of the Primary Care Plan, such as attending to customer feedback, enquires, purchase, enrolment, termination and etc.
- Enhance quality control and ensure processes and workflow are constantly improved to ensure work efficiency.
- Manpower planning and rostering.
- Ensure sufficient clinic general and medical inventories.
- Ensure the clinic complies with all the relevant regulations.
- Working closely with the relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and the Ministry of Health (MOH).
- Preparation of reports and other administrative duties.
- Will be involved in managing satellite clinics.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimally a diploma in Business Management or related fields.
- Minimally 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a clinic setting. Applicants with strong profiles may be considered for a senior role.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong leadership qualities
- Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
