Position Summary:
Junior Scientific Support Specialist to join our Performance Testing Lab (PTL). This role involves conducting lab testing and supporting our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine validated test methodologies on finished products and special projects according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process and enter technical data into the work request management system.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader on work assignments.
- Track laboratory samples, consumables, and reagent inventory.
- Maintain equipment records and perform routine maintenance.
- Report any testing deviations or equipment issues to the Team Leader promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Qualifications:
- Nitec / Diploma in Science
- 0-1 year of laboratory experience; training will be provided for those without experience.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and systematic in work.
