The Opportunity:
- 5 days work week
- Location: Orchard
- Duration: 3 months
- Salary: Up to $3,300
Job Description:
- Welcome and support customers in a courteous and professional way.
- Gather merchandise from the sales floor, stockroom, or other inventory areas.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the store clean and organized, which includes restocking shelves and upholding visual merchandising standards.
- Help with inventory management by receiving and restocking items and conducting physical inventory counts.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing and processing shipments.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
The Requirement:
- Nitec or Diploma with minimum 1 year relevant experience in fashion retail
- No experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Able to work retail hours and on weekends & public holidays
- Able to stand for long hours due to nature of job
