Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sous Chef by chopping vegetables and washing food items.
• Cook all dishes on the menu and ensure the food prepared is consistent and of superior quality.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are cleaned and ready for use.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times. General kitchen duties including washing, cleaning, and clearing.
• Ensure food is stored away properly when not in use.
• Date and label all food before storing it in the chiller or freezer.
• Ensure food is stored at the correct temperature and records are up to date.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry.
- Training will be provided
- A positive and approachable attitude
- A mindset of someone being willing to learn and continuously improve.
- Physically able to stand and move around during operational hours
- Able to work on weekends or/& PH (on a rotational basis)
- Willing to work additional hours if required

Salary & Benefits Package:
- We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages based on experience and position.
- 5-day work week (44 hrs + OT)
- Working hours from 10.30 am to 9.30 pm (+/-)
- Break time one hour
