We are seeking a passionate and experienced C# Tech Lead who excels in dynamic environments and is driven to make a significant impact.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or Computer Science;
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in C# .NET Development;
- Proficiency in WPF and ASP.NET for presentation frameworks;
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts; hands-on experience with MS SQL;
- Has strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Git with solid grasp of Git workflows;
- Experience in Agile Scrum teams; familiarity with Jira and Confluence;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Solid project organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skill.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience working with Jenkins and Octopus;
- Certified .NET Developer;
Responsibilities
- Being involved in software development, maintenance, and support of custom-built software applications;
- Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and creating opportunities for team members' professional growth;
- Prepare detailed technical documentation using Jira and Confluence to ensure effective communication;
- Conduct unit testing on software deliverables and assist in product, integration, and user acceptance testing;
- Provide post-implementation support, investigating and troubleshooting issues to ensure uninterrupted operation;
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
