The Sales Director will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and revenue growth of Perfex International's products, focusing on the power generation market. This role will involve leading the sales team, building strong customer relationships, expanding market share, and ensuring the company's financial targets are met.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the company’s sales strategy to drive growth in both domestic and international markets.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the power generation industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments, including partnerships and alliances.
  • Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitable sales through effective pricing and margin management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Perfex’s product offerings and how they meet the needs of clients in the power generation sector.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to the executive team.
  • Work closely with the marketing, production, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on business goals and product offerings.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to guide product development and improvements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or power generation industry.
  • Proven experience selling radiators, heat exchangers, or related products to the power generation or heavy industry sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
