Your responsibilities include:
- Engage & coordinate with project’s stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to enable timely and quality deliverables
- Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances
- Project management from start to handover, including authorities submission, project procurement preparation and detailing
What you will need:
- Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit
- A recognised relevant university degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects (Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for senior role)
- Good portfolio of project work
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability
