Your duties as Chef De Partie include the following but not exclusively:
• Delivering consistently high quality food and drink to customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintenance and cleanliness of dining areas, bar and service counters, immediate surrounding areas
• Reporting to and advising management of service and bar related issues
• Development and contributing to food programs
• Regular stock monitoring and reporting
• Training and communicating to part time/ad hoc bar staff regarding standing operational procedures
• Assist with and ensuring smooth operations
