Qualifications:
- A recognised Degree by the respective professional bodies, professional institutions or BCA; in Arch, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, Quantity Surveying, Environmental Engineering, Project / Construction Management or equivalent.
- Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel will be preferred.
- Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager conducted by training providers accredited by MOM will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.
- Experience in managing building construction projects, including developing project schedules, risk management, overseeing project budgets, timelines, and compliance with regulations.
- Familiar with the Microsoft Project Management software.
- Familiar with Building Control Act 1989 and its latest revisions, having a working knowledge of the relevant statutory requirements.
- Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures.
- Knowledge and good understanding of electrical design/installation specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
Duties:
- Full-time on site in performing the project management and day-to-day operations.
- Conduct quality inspections with Architect, Civil & Structural Engineers and Mechanical & Electrical Engineers to implement a comprehensive and effective Quality Assurance System.
- Expect to work overtime, as and when required by the employer/client. Time off in lieu of overtime claim may be granted, on a case-by-case basis.

Salary Range:
- “All-in" compensation of $9,000 to $10,000. The "all-in" compensation payable is deemed to be inclusive of the monthly staff salary, bonus, employer's CPF contribution, medical and hospitalization and personal accident insurance, training and administrative support costs and all other costs which are necessary.
