Responsibilities:
- Develop system software for radio monitoring solutions.
- Analyze and understand requirements from customers, product managers, and test specifications.
- Provide technical leadership in software design and development.
- Coordinate and integrate development between multi-site teams.
- Maintain high software quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming with proficiency in C++ programming, software design (e.g., MVVM, design patterns), and the Qt framework.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes (e.g., SCRUM) and SDLC.
- Experience with common software development tools and environments (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Gitlab).
- Domain knowledge in radio equipment and RF communication systems is a plus.
- Good understanding of user experience design is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a multi-national team.
