Job Scope:
- Procurement related admin work, vendor creation, stationery store management, liaise with users and vendors for stock in and stock out.
- Manage the Procurement of common items used by the organisation , from sourcing till goods receiving.
- Assisting or guiding users on simple enquiries, monthly report generation.
Requirements:
- A Level or Diploma in Procurement & Supply, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in data entry and administration.
- Experience in supply chain or procurement related work is added advantage.
- Knowledge of any procurement system would be preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills.
