Procurement Coordinator

Singapore Institute Of Management Group Limited

Job Scope:

  • Procurement related admin work, vendor creation, stationery store management, liaise with users and vendors for stock in and stock out.
  • Manage the Procurement of common items used by the organisation , from sourcing till goods receiving.
  • Assisting or guiding users on simple enquiries, monthly report generation.

Requirements:

  • A Level or Diploma in Procurement & Supply, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in data entry and administration.
  • Experience in supply chain or procurement related work is added advantage.
  • Knowledge of any procurement system would be preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Responsible and independent.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A Good team player, courteous towards customers, diligent at work, has a pleasant disposition and always willing to learn and pick up new skills.
  • Resourceful, analytical & meticulous.
  • A result committed and customer orientated person.
