Adecco is partnering with a multinational spirits brand and we are looking to hire a Boutique Executive to join their business!
- Full-time, permanent role
- Work hours: 10am - 6pm and 12pm - 8pm (shift work hours, 5 days a week)
- Work location: Central regoin
The Job:
- Warmly welcome and engage clients, delivering an exceptional, personalized luxury experience.
- Drive individual and team sales objectives, while sharing brand heritage and values.
- Guide clients through immersive experiences, creating strong connections with the brand.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring front- and back-of-house areas are impeccable.
- Continuously build brand and product knowledge through training and personal learning.
- Oversee inventory awareness and maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge, with a focus on safety.
- Accurately handle transactions and complete administrative duties.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting brand values and culture.
- Proactively engage clients, understanding their interests and preferences to provide an enriching experience.
- Support new product launches and campaigns, contributing to brand growth.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, fostering emotional connections and loyalty.
The Talent:
- 2-4 years of retail sales experience
- Ability to leverage professional selling skills and bring in own clientele
- Ability to create story-telling experience and engage customers effectively
- Great service mindset and ready to go extra mile
