Lion Great Energy is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and Singapore labor regulations.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices and employee relations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
