Implement robust risk management practices and conduct regular audits to maintain an effective control environment.

Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operations, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and policy implementation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior operations role, with a track record of successfully scaling and optimizing operational functions.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a commitment to fair and progressive workplace practices.
