Job description
Manager, Global Industrialization to lead our international industrialization initiatives in a hands-on role. This role involves the following:
- strategic planning and execution of manufacturing processes
- enhancing production capabilities
- integrating cutting-edge technologies
- troubleshooting across our global facilities
- Performs continuous research, review, testing, and implementation of manufacturing technology advancements
- Interface within execution value-stream to lean processes and to enable workflow of current and new products and processes
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support all efforts related to safety and international safety standards as applicable.
- Develop strategy with the VP of Manufacturing Technology and implement a comprehensive industrialization strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business goals.
- Oversee the standardization of production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance across all locations.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to facilitate the transition of new products from prototype to full-scale production.
- Manage global projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required specifications.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local government entities, and internal teams to streamline operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Ensure compliance with international manufacturing standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with a diverse global team, providing leadership and professional growth opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing management, with a proven track record in a global setting.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with local teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to travel or live internationally as required.
