Technical Sales and Support
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and specifications for aluminum and glass projects.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions, providing technical guidance to support client decisions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients and project stakeholders.
Technical Proposal and Quotation Preparation
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, detailing technical specifications and pricing for clients.
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements and contracts.
Project Coordination and After-Sales Support
- Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Provide post-sale technical support, troubleshooting issues related to installation or product performance.
- Assist clients with technical documentation, warranty claims, and other post-sales service requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or a relevant technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the aluminium and glass industry or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of aluminium and glass applications in construction, including curtain walls, facades, windows, and doors.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in sales negotiation, proposal development, and relationship management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to offer creative and effective technical solutions to meet client requirements.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
