Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices.
- Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices.
- Address tenant or employee concerns related to facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of facility-related activities.
- Generate reports on maintenance, expenditures, and key performance indicators.
- Execute maintenance projects, including preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Follow project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that the project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and report project progress and suggest necessary adjustments to ensure objectives are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in M&E.
