- Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations;
- Execution of general Contracts Administration duties;
- Evaluate and compare Subcontractors’ quotations;
- Prepare and monitor Project Budget;
- Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document;
- Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment;
- Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly.
- relevant experience in plumbing & sanitary industry is a MUST
- minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- resourceful and good negotiation skills
- able to work independently and good team player
