Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure design of electrical equipment, system and materials submission according to the technical specification particularly in the electrical engineering.
- Planning of project costing and master schedule.
- Determine labour requirements and material resources for construction.
- Management of site activities which include installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety and testing and commissioning to the client’s requirement.
- Coordination with LTA, Consultant, Civil Contractor, System Wide Contractors for the execution of the work inclusive of the testing and commissioning.
- Managed a team of Site Engineers, Supervisors and Sub-Contractors to ensure the site team meet targeted deadlines.
- Support Project Manager in overseeing the planning, execution and construction of the project.
- Establish responsibilities and accountabilities of the construction team so they understand fully of their objectives, goals and expectations to align with the Business goals.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Construction industry.
- A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently.
