Responsibility
• Analyse, plan and implement operational process enhancements, to improve the team’s existing workflows wherever required.
• Gather, understand business requirements and translate them into functional outcomes and deliverables.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to improve existing processes.
• Assist product managers to deliver activities related to approved training plans.
• Manage plan and logistics required to deliver project activities and deliverables as part of process streamlining.
• Collate feedback from user surveys/FAQ and maintain in central database. After which to recommend and implement action plans to adjust processes to suit user needs.
• Act as one of the key point of contact for training & logistics matters with relevant stakeholders.
Experience & Skillset
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience with business process and requirements management, project management.
• Detail oriented with excellent task scheduling skills– thorough, organised and productive while working remotely.
• A good communicator, strong in written and communication skills, with some understanding of training processes.
• Ability to translate details and requirements into documentation, as well as to prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
• Event organisation and management background is a plus.
