Sales Coordinator (Parts Coordinator)
Job description:
1) Prepare and follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, contracts, invoicing and shipment to customers.
2) Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
3) Ability to work closely with the team and other stakeholders.
Key skills and qualifications:
1) Minimum “N” Level.
2) Fluent in English (and preferably mandarin)
3) Good communication skills and have an eye for detail.
4) Must be organised and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork.
5) Must be committed, possess willingness to learn attitude and the ability to multitask.
6) Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office.
Office location : Jalan Pemimpin (Near Bishan and Marymount MRT)
Working hours : 8.45am to 5.30pm (5 Days Week)
Salary : Starting at S$2,500 (Depend on experience)
· Minimum 2 years working experience.
· Prefer immediate availability
