We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our remittance team as Customer Service Representatives. You will play a vital role in assisting customers with their remittance transactions, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.


Responsibilities:

· Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing assistance with their remittance needs.

· Process various types of remittance transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.

· Verify customer identification and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.

· Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding remittance services, fees, exchange rates, and processing times.

· Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance and security protocols.


Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial or remittance environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with remittance software is a plus.
