Responsibilities:

· Process various types of remittance transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
· Verify customer identification and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.
· Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding remittance services, fees, exchange rates, and processing times.
· Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance and security protocols.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial or remittance environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
