- Manage a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision.
- Provide corporate secretarial and administrative support to clients.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records in compliance with the laws.
- File returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
- Draft resolutions and minute proceedings of meetings.
- Maintain share registers & minute book.
- Co-ordinate and organize meetings between Directors and Shareholders.
- Provide advice on company law and corporate secretarial practice.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Chartered Secretary (ICSA) graduate or those pursuing, as well as Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law related disciplines.
- Full understanding of ACRA corporate secretariat requirement – register of controllers, money laundering, filing of AR, and etc.
- For Senior Consultant level: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in handling a portfolio independently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
