Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered and directed to respective employees promptly and politely.
  • Welcome all company’s visitors and assist them in locating the employees that they want to meet.
  • Courier services are properly coordinated.
  • Distribution of incoming mail. Ensure mails are being distributed according to the distribution list.
  • Recording and maintenance of records for incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Responsible for office pantry, stationery ordering and maintenance, maintenance of general cleanliness of the office premises, surveying state of office equipment and furniture and liaising with repairmen etc.
  • Liaising with IT personnel on office computers and server maintenance
  • Arranging for office events such as birthday parties, fun runs, charity events etc
  • Complete all assignments as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Complete other duties assigned by the Senior Administrator.

Requirements:

  • At least "N" / "O" Level or Certificate in Business Administration
  • At least 1 year of related working experience
  • Possess good communication and administrative skills.
  • Able to work independently & efficiently.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Preferably able to commence immediately.
