Location: Concord Primary School, 3 Choa Chu Kang Ave 4, Singapore
Contract Duration: 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023 (with an option to extend for 1+1 years)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Website and Multimedia Management:
- Update and manage the school’s website and e-Broadcast materials.
- Provide photography and videography for school events, ensuring high-quality visual documentation.
- Edit multimedia content for school events, creating videos and graphics as needed.
- ICT Inventory and Equipment Support:
- Assist in managing the inventory of ICT equipment, including cataloging, organization, and maintenance.
- Manage the loaning of ICT devices and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and return of items.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of devices for school events and mass activities (e.g., MCCA).
- PA and AVA Support:
- Manage the school’s PA and AVA systems during events and other occasions.
- Provide ICT services and technical support to ensure smooth operation of audio-visual equipment and ICT setups.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Minimum 'A' Level graduate, or
Diploma holder from a local polytechnic, or
ITE graduate (or Higher Nitec)
- Skills:
- Basic video editing skills using suitable software/tools.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Gmail.
- Competency in photography and videography, including the use of DSLR cameras and video cameras.
- Experience:
- Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience in an educational or ICT-related environment.
