Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Principal and a dedicated team of educators to effectively deliver a prescribed, high-quality curriculum.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate daily lessons, providing insightful feedback on children’s engagement and response to the curriculum.
- Design and maintain stimulating learning corners within the classroom, aligning them with thematic content and the broader curriculum.
- Ensure timely preparation of detailed lesson plans while adhering to the high standards set by our Curriculum Team.
- Regularly observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress, fostering individualized growth.
- Prioritize the health, safety, and hygiene of all children in the preschool, maintaining a nurturing environment.
- Establish strong communication with parents, organizing and leading Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open Houses, and other collaborative sessions to enhance parent engagement.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and the Principal on project-based assignments and contribute your expertise to seminars or workshops that support professional development.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the smooth operation of the preschool.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching.
- ECDA L2/L1 Certification.
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
