As a Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on delivering essential financial security products to our clients. Your expertise will guide clients through their financial journeys, ensuring they have the protection and support they need for a secure future.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development: Identify and cultivate new markets for financial security products.
    Assess market potential and develop strategies to effectively target specific segments.
  2. Prospecting: Identify and profile potential clients, and qualifying prospects to generate interest in our insurance offerings.
  3. Needs Analysis: Gather comprehensive financial information from prospects.
    Analyze data to design customized financial plans tailored to client needs.
  4. Selling & Closing: Present and articulate financial proposals effectively, addressing client inquiries.
    Secure client commitments to purchase through persuasive and consultative selling techniques.
  5. Policy Service & Administration: Manage the application process to ensure timely completion.
    Facilitate the delivery of policies to clients while maintaining accurate and organized records of client data.
  6. Maintaining Technical Knowledge: Uphold a high level of expertise in our products and the technical aspects of the financial services industry.
    Stay current with industry developments and changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
  7. Self-Management: Structure activities for maximum effectiveness and coordination.
    Achieve the necessary skills and competencies for progression into a managerial role.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma and above or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in financial consulting, sales, or a related area is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
