Overview: The Regional Product Manager for Dermatology will assist the Regional Franchise Director in managing the dermatology products and play a critical role in driving their commercial success across the region. This role focuses on managing the entire product lifecycle to ensure accessibility for patients and healthcare providers. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and communicate market insights, as well as develop and implement market access strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor positioning to optimize product accessibility and profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive market reports and present findings to leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement effective market access initiatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead the growth and expansion of Rxilient's dermatology portfolio across the regional market.
- Drive business development by assessing market opportunities, identifying potential products, and managing product forecasting and pipeline strategies from pre-launch to post-launch.
- Develop product training plans in collaboration with Principals, Medical, and Commercial teams.
- Establish brand strategies and market penetration plans, maintain competitive intelligence, and respond proactively to market dynamics.
- Analyze research data and customer feedback to align with market trends and enhance product competitiveness.
- Define and execute strategic marketing plans, implement marketing campaigns, and regularly assess their efficacy and success.
- Map out strategic goals, priorities, and plans for products and share them with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the dermatology product line, working with clinical, sales, and training teams where relevant.
- Arrange and deliver product training to local and regional distributor sales teams to ensure they have the necessary scientific and communication skills to meet sales targets.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Specification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing product lifecycles, particularly within the dermatology sector in the region.
