Receptionist

Location: Ngee Ann Primary School, 344 Marine Terrace, Singapore 449149
Contract Duration: 27 December 2024 – 26 December 2025
Contract Breaks: 1 June 2025 – 15 June 2025 and 1 December 2025 – 15 December 2025
Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30 AM – 3:45 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
  • Fridays: 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk and Visitor Management:
  • Greet and attend to walk-in visitors, ensuring a welcoming and helpful environment.
  • Manage visitor registration and guide them as needed.
  1. Office Support Services:
  • Provide basic first aid to students as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and direct calls to the appropriate school personnel.
  • Prepare and organize documents for the school’s daily operations.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
  1. Coordination and Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to facilitate efficient front desk operations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the school’s values in interactions with all visitors and staff.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration or front desk operations preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, handle calls, and manage visitor interactions seamlessly.
  • Initiative and Teamwork: A proactive and dependable team player who works independently as well as collaboratively.
