Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Call Centre Agent located in Sims Ln. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound collection calls within a call center environment, where you’ll clearly communicate and explain payment breakdowns to customers. Key responsibilities include following up on overdue accounts to meet collection targets on behalf of clients from banks, telecom service providers, and commercial clients. Additionally, the role requires negotiating repayment amounts and payment schedules with customers, enhancing overall collection efficiency, and reducing delinquency rates. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the team and achieve collection goals.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / ‘A’ / 'O’/ Nitec
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing (inbound and outbound calls), customer service or debt collection (in a call center environment)
