We are seeking a Logistics & Operations Associate to join a dynamic and growing team at one of the Global leading Logistics and Supply Chain Management companies. This full-time role is based in the East area and offers the opportunity to work with a reputable US Fortune 500 MNC.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive logistics and operations support to the business
- Coordinating the movement of freight and cargo for efficient delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics processes
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
