Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer M365 environments, handling routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide L1 support in a mid-to-large enterprise setting, addressing user issues and requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service and effectively communicate technical solutions to users.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, escalating as necessary.
- Assist with network and firewall tasks as needed (not mandatory but preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- 2+ years in L1 support within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Network and firewall knowledge is a plus but not required.
