Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer M365 environments, handling routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Provide L1 support in a mid-to-large enterprise setting, addressing user issues and requests.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and effectively communicate technical solutions to users.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Assist with network and firewall tasks as needed (not mandatory but preferred).

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • 2+ years in L1 support within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Network and firewall knowledge is a plus but not required.
