- Leverage administrative expertise to qualitatively record the project outcomes.
- Proactively help clients and project teams in documenting their road maps, forecast needs, alignment to solutions and dependency attributes.
- Co-ordinate between product and marketing team on operational activities.
- Manage documenting and circulating the client's requirements on time / within relevant groups of product, marketing, and content.
- Executing the content profile assessment and reporting to relevant team.
- Managing expectations between content and marketing team.
- While monitoring project costs and controls to ensure that projects stay within budget and escalate to project management at right time.
- Process project invoices and ensure invoices are paid promptly
- Contract administration
- Project Charter documentation. Comms Plan execution.
- Addressing the quality and audit related documentations.
- Managing workshops and recording the outcomes.
