Operational Excellence Manager
They are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join their team. The role offers significant potential for career progression within the company's various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, design, and implementation of operational processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across renewable energy projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing lean principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and operational alignment.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in operational excellence, project management, or system integration
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
