- Supervise and manage on-site installation of aluminum and glass elements, including curtain walls, windows, doors, and facades.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution.
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Provide daily reports on progress, quality control, and any issues encountered.
- Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks, identifying and resolving potential problems.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior supervisors and skilled tradespersons.
- Minimum 10 years working experience on Aluminiun and Glass industry
