This position is responsible for securing sales of in-house products and third-party products & systems for Convergent Security Solutions business, achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration and sales goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts of strategic importance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets;
- Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, architects;
- Work closely with customers to ensure designed systems meet their expectations and comply with tender specifications;
- Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations;
- Provide market and competition update and report key competitive activities and customer behavior;
- Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention;
- Maintain an awareness of new development in the industry;
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent;
- With 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in product and system sales in electronics security;
- Preferably with project sales experience is an added advantage;
- Solid existing sales portfolio and proven track record in sales growth;
- Strong customer focus, team player, independent and result-orientated;
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
- Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work in cross functional teams;
