Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead Workforce Transformation: Take charge of redefining the future of work at Commonwealth Capital, implementing strategic initiatives that empower employees and drive lasting change.
  • Be a Change Leader: Serve as a champion of change, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability that positions us for long-term success.
  • Data-Driven HR Strategy: Leverage advanced data analytics to create actionable insights, guiding key HR decisions and strategies that optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive Process Innovation: Streamline HR operations with forward-thinking process improvements, using data and technology to transform the way we work.
  • Communicate Change Effectively: Craft and execute strategic communication plans to ensure seamless transformation, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to align transformation efforts with broader business objectives, providing strategic insights and recommendations that drive success.
  • Champion a Positive Culture: Lead employee engagement initiatives that build a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation, making Commonwealth Capital a great place to work.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Business or equivalent, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in roles related to transformation, organizational development, or change management.
  • A background in Human Resources is desirable.
  • Proven track record in transformation projects, including experience in driving process innovation and using data analytics for decision-making.
