We are seeking a talented HR System Analyst with a strong IT background to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- IT Systems Integration:
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, performance management) with the company's overall IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HR systems and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the HR system meets their specific needs
- Deliver training programs to staff on how to effectively use HRIS systems
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system, including data entry, validation, and reporting
- Utilize HR data to generate meaningful reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings.
- Process Automation:
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain automated workflows and systems.
- HR Operations Support:
- Provid HR operations support ie) employee onboarding, offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their unique HR needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proactively address stakeholders inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and employment laws
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technology tools.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
