We are seeking a talented HR System Analyst with a strong IT background to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

  • IT Systems Integration:
    • Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, performance management) with the company's overall IT infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HR systems and provide timely solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the HR system meets their specific needs
    • Deliver training programs to staff on how to effectively use HRIS systems


  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system, including data entry, validation, and reporting
    • Utilize HR data to generate meaningful reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings.


  • Process Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement and maintain automated workflows and systems.


  • HR Operations Support:
    • Provid HR operations support ie) employee onboarding, offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.


  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their unique HR needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Proactively address stakeholders inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of internal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and employment laws
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technology tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
