Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise household staff (e.g., helpers, chef, drivers), ensuring they perform their roles to a high standard and providing necessary training and guidance.
- Ensure high standards in the daily operations of the household, including cleanliness, maintenance, decor, and security.
- Manage household guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Handle household administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining an efficient household office.
- Oversee household budgets and negotiate with suppliers to procure necessary household items and services.
- Plan and organize household events, ensuring that necessary supplies are procured and logistics are managed.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing household operations, especially for landed properties, and in overseeing household staff in an executive's residence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise household staff.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to liaise comfortably with staff and vendors.
- Experience managing the residence of a CEO or similar executive, including direct oversight of household staff.
- Ability to adapt to various household demands, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Experience in negotiation and management for household services and procurement.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff is preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge or experience in child care and educational activities is an advantage.
