Job Description:
1. Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning or increase product range to
create more revenue for outlet sales.
2. Track the progress of weekly and monthly sales and ensure the store on track to achieve the
given budget.
3. Coach and support all team members and suggest sales training and techniques to create a
more sales for the outlet and guide the team members.
4. Evaluate employee performance and identify if any training needed and motivate staff to
perform their best
5. Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines and act as company
representative and set an example for our staff.
6. Conduct own internal audit in line with IQA standard and ensure Team Members comply to all
requirement of food safety standard.
7. Work with relevant department in HQ to ensure smooth operations at outlet in term of stock
availability and also the quality of the products.
8. Create own store reports, analyse and interpret current and past sales record of the store to
further improvise the sales to hit the monthly & yearly budget.
9. Attend all required meetings and training on any new updates on the company policy or
system from time to time and represent to the Team Members.
Job Requirement:
· Proven experience as Retail Manager or In-Charge level in Butchery field.
· Leadership and organizational skills includes interpersonal and communication skills.
· Flexibility to work in any shift at any time based on company need.
· Good in computer skills, able to do sales reports and analysis
· Familiarity with financial aspect and customer service principle.
· Professional in solving any store issue without disrupting store operations.
