Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in both AP & AR functions
  • Entry level of accounting works & data entries
  • Prepare sales invoices and reports
  • Prepare outgoing payments through internet banking and manual check payments
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Assist in daily administrative works
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • 1 year of relevant accounting experiences preferred
  • Fresh graduate welcomed to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Organized and Meticulous
  • Team player with positive working attitude
