Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations.
- Handle sales order processing including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of inquiries, providing effective solutions to customer issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer support and service.
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Engage with key external customer contacts as necessary.
- Coordinate projects and support the lead manager, ensuring timelines are adhered to and projects remain on track.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.
- Assist in preparing and submitting relevant documents and reports for tenders.
- Attend regular product trainings, both online and offline, provided by vendors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone presence with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic about developing consultative sales skills and supporting the team in meeting monthly targets.
- Enjoys interacting with people and maintaining good relationships with IT Business Partners.
- Proficient in MS Office.
